These three-day Weekend Spa Retreats will enable you to get away, relax in a beautiful hotel in Orlando Florida, and pamper yourself in a luxurious spa. while you attend workshops on The Energy of Success and how to Say Yes to Your Majesty. Reading books is only part of the process of creating positive change in your life. Then you have to practice applying these principles to the specifics of your life. These weekends enable you to get the mentoring, encouragement, and feedback that you need, so that you can succeed in achieving or creating whatever it is that you personally desire.

Each Weekend Spa Retreat is facilitated by Amy Hanavan MSW, and enables you to connect with a group of women who will assist you in achieving your personal and professional goals. The workshops are experiential because the feminine power that emerges when we connect with each other will uplift and inspire you!  The bonds you make with the women on this retreat will last long after the weekend is over, and some will last a lifetime! The entire process of the Weekend Spa Retreat was designed to create a sacred space filled with beauty, grace and light, that nurtures respect and love for yourself and one another, and creates a healing environment in which you can embrace the power and majesty inside of you.

If you have a hotel and spa in your city that you would like us to host a Weekend Spa Retreat at, email us the details and any ideas that you may have.  If you have a personal or professional women’s group with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 women interested in attending, we can arrange a retreat near you. 

Each three-day weekend includes:

• 6 hours of workshops.
  
• One hour of private consultation with Amy (This enables you to clarify your goals and desires).
  
• A Royal Journal to use for written exercise (and inspiration).
• Your choice of one spa treatment (from our designated list of services).
  
• All of your meals with the participants and Amy (Delicious Food). This is an important part of the weekend process.
  
• High Tea with the Queen (That’s me!) My clients dubbed me
  The Queen of Energy
  
• Free time for reflection, relaxation and getting to know other participants.
  
• Each weekend requires a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 women.
  
• Cost of Travel and Hotel Accommodations are not included, although we can offer you special weekend rates we have negotiated with the Hotel.
  
• If you wish to schedule additional services at the Spa, we have scheduled enough free time for you to do that. All additional services will be at your expense.
